Recipe: Icewine martini

Living near the B.C. Okanagan, you develop an appreciation for icewine, but sometimes even that needs a little shaking up - or stirring.

You will need:

  1 oz     icewine
 2  oz     vodka
splash    champagne
 5 - 7      frozen grapes (concord or coronation if you can)

Method:

- shake or stir vodka and icewine as you please
- pour over frozen grapes in a glass
- splash in champagne
